My passion is real estate. Whether helping clients to buy and sell, or building my own rental portfolio, there is nothing else I’d rather do. Real estate books, podcasts, articles, reports, market outlooks, seminars and conferences are where I spend my time in and out of the office.

 

With close to fifteen years of experience as a real estate investor myself and nearly as long in organized real estate, I bring a wealth of practical knowledge and expertise.

 

Having honed my craft for the first three years of my career working with one of the top producing agents in the GTA, I then moved on to building my own team of agents and administrators, alongside a network of trusted professionals – stagers, lawyers, mortgage brokers, painters, contractors, movers, and storage providers – to ensure every aspect of the real estate transaction is handled seamlessly.

 

I understand the stresses that come with buying and selling real estate and I strive to provide white-glove service to all of my clients. My goal is to relieve as much of that stress as possible by walking through every step of the sales process in advance and providing practical resources.

 

With a significant rental portfolio of my own, I have experience with many forms of real estate investing, including single family homes, condos, short-term rentals, vacation properties, duplexes, triplexes, multi-residential buildings and infill developments. I work with a wide range of investor clients to help them build a portfolio that fits their return profile and desired level of engagement with the assets they purchase.

 

I am grateful to have been able to build a strong network of referrals and incredible clients. This has led to eight consecutive years as a member of the Bosley Real Estate President’s Club recognizing the top 20% of agents company wide, along with five years in the Top 10 at the Queen Street office for sales volume and consistently in the top 3% of the over 70,000 Realtors in the GTA.
